Hi latest version does not support 3.0.x, only support 3.1.x, we don't need to add download url for 3.0 |

Purpose
When I used the mysql-cdc-connector to form my data pipeline, I found that some dependencies is different,so I want to upplement the documentation for mysql-cdc.
